do you try windows movie maker to create youtube videos? every time i upload a video onto youtube it never fills the whole screen and i was wondering if anyone here knew how to cover the whole screen? the replies is "no", so i want to know how to design a program, that's can fix this problem, and if i do ,which programming language i should use? java, .net, xml ,c, c++,etc?

Hi jackbruce. Welcome to SitePoint.
I can't speak for the program, but often you have the option to set the aspect ratio of a video. E.g. using 16:9 as opposed to 4:3. It may depend on the original video though. If you don't have any options, you can do this in YouTube itself:

Oh,thank you so much, ralph, i know what you mean,but if i try youtube options, i also get the error message saying "Upload was canceled due to unknown error" or it will freeze at 100%. it's really fullscreen, but can't be uploaded, i don't know if my browsers problem, i try IE 8, Google Chrome, and Firefox, the same error, That's bad！
