Visibility & transparency

Hi all,

can you please help me out with the following:

The images should enlarge on hover with jquery effect, this is done with css. Only problem is the image top right and middle left. I tried using z-index but it only works in FF.

2) the transparent background is gone in IE8. I used a filter, but the background is way too transparent. How can I create the same background without using a transparent png? Or isn’t that possible?

Any advice is appreciated.

It’s not clear what the problem is here. They look fine to me in Chrome.

Hi I fixed it using z-index already.
And the transparent background: I used a transparent png.

I do have another problem on this same site…
At the bottom left “openingsuren”… The arrow on the right jumps to the center when clicked in IE8.

What causes this and how do I resolve this?
