Installed WAMP to work on WP site locally. Tried to search for plugins via local WP admin but it’s giving an error message:
An unknown error occurred.
Tried installing them to plugins folder locally, but admin won’t recognize them even after refreshing and logging out and back in. Any ideas how to fix this?

I am so sorry. I don’t remember. I should have written it here when I said I solved the problem.
Make sure you are uploading a zip file via the WP Plugin upload feature. If I think of anything else, I’ll post it.
