I have the ‘Web Design Business Kit 2nd edition’ - I have had it for a few years now and am only starting to make use of it.
This may be a silly question…but… I have noticed that on all of the template files (on disc) there is a footer with a copyright notice to the authors of the kit.
Im guessing that I am allowed to remove this and include my company name on? (so that my clients see the paperwork with my company referenced).
Is this ok to do?
I always hesitant/cautious when it comes to copyrights.
The template itself has been copyrighted by the authors but as a purchaser of the kit, you may change or even remove the contents of any of the templates, including the copyright section.

The answer is what Melinda says (that was easy). Just use them as you want - I wrote the Kit to be the best resource for web developers I possibly could and have put everything into it to lessen your time.
Having said that, you’ll need to edit the docs to fit your business and style.
