I’m looking for an web script or a cloud web service to automate a repeating employee task, and be sure that all steps are accomplished in order.
To better explain what I need I’ll try to make an example of the steps an employee must complete:

Call the client by phone to sell a service, take note of the outcome.

If the client want to buy the service, ask all the necessary documentation and upload the docs online.

Check for client payment on bank account and upload the wire transfer docs online.

Send client access credential by email or normal postage service.
Until now I’m exploring if what I need can be done with Bitrix24.com but I’d like to know if there is something more suitable.
I hope someone can give some suggestions.
