I’m looking for a language to build websites. Currently I am building applications with java and therefore I was wondering if there is a language which is similar to java for building websites.
You can build websites in Java.
Look up: Servlets, Play Framework, Spring MVC, JSF and take your pick. There are other ways, but those are the most common.
The best practice for building website is to use : html, css, javascript.
You can also use this information as a reference.
