Can someone give me pointers on how I can set up a website honeypot using Apache/PHP/MySQL. I am a newbie and trying to learn how I can do this. If there can be step by step instructions or any good resources that I can find will be much appreciated.

Cool. Let us know if you need any help with it. Based on that thread I linked to, I've switched from using a honeypot to a timestamp, as it's less likely to intrude on legitimate users.
