I have no income from this company so I´m promoting it just for graditute. There are several hosting companies in Finland and the on I use (I have three domains in a 1GB webhotel) and for the price Neobitti offers I just couln´t ask for more. They have servers in Holland and in Finland. I also use Futuron for about the same price but I´m movind my domain from there to previous.
Arguably the best hosting company BTW is Nebula but costs the same in one month that it costs in any other a year. Ok, they are the fastest and most reliable.
It appears review about the company you are with. So I believe that is allowed in here just do not forget to verify that to the forum stuff.
