Website Help and Advice to Help me build my site - Please :)

I am Avril and I am looking for help on what software to use ie. Dreamweaver or Wordpress etc to build a paying website I am a new amatuer model…
I know a little web design but a quick learner I think. Please anyone that can help me please <snip/>.

What sort of website do you want?

Most websites can be built without Dreamweaver and wordpress is over the top for a basic site,

I am looking to make a website for my modelling work, It would need to be able to take payment and membership.
