I'm looking to make a website similar to http://www.moonfruit.com/ where a user chooses a template from many templates, and gets a subdomain user.mywebsite.com with the template chosen. And then the user can make simple text/photo changes to the subdomain created and save it.
Is such kind of a functionality possible with any of the CMS' out there? Joomla? Wordpress?
What would be the best way to go about making such a website?

You can try website builder Web Start Today that allows creation of professional and attractive websites. You don’t need any technical knowledge to use the intuitive and user friendly builder. It offers FREE website on sub-domain with a lot of features. <snip/>

thanks for the reply.
Actually I want to create a service like moonfruit.com. I don't want to create a site via a site builder, but a service where I give my users to build site via site builder. That was my question.
Any suggestions on how that could be done with existing CMSes in the market?
