I have searched and unable to find a result to why a lot of the top websites in the world. We’re talking Banks, Country’s, Councils and Government portals all have their website URL containing
/cs/Satellite/

:shifty: Any idea what CMS they are using? or why it is their?

The reason for the question, is im looking at how Birmingham Council can spend £2.8 million on their website in a year.
