When trying to install a new plugin in Wordpress 3.0, it asks for the ftp details. What do I do about this when trying to install plugins in wordpress running in localhost. Im using XAMPP on a Mac.

I think it’s easier to just move the plug in files into the plug in directory using windows explorer then activate them in the dashboard.
