Today I found a product that allows to convert an RSS feed into a Google Chrome extension. What you think about it? Will it attract new users? Has anyone done something like this?
That sounds a bit off to me. Do you mean

Nobody would use it unfortunately. It’s really no different than RSS except for a single entity. Google Dropped multiple RSS projects in the last couple years because they did not get very high use. You’re not going to change that by limiting it to a single feed.
