What do you think of Google App Engine?

Hello everyone, what do you think of Google App Engine and Google Cloud. Here are a few examples of apps and sites built with Google: https://cloud.google.com/customers/

I’m not a developer myself but it seems to me that Google App Engine offers quite a lot of things that are offered by frameworks such as Yii too. So, does anyone have any experience with Google App Engine?
