Hmmmm, so they work for me but not for you. That HAS to be either settings or an issue with our emails getting to you in general. Can you try to request sample chapters of a book and see if that email gets through? At least then I can narrow things down a bit.

I’ve been getting my RN emails OK (only 1 each!) since the fix.
I thought it might be a VB ver thing as DS is 3.0.5, but DB is 3.8.5 too.
Maybe the fix stopped a bit short?
How often did you used to get them?
As far as I know all emails from the forums are currently working.
We are getting reported posts and PMs.

yup, they still come through because they auto generate a thread as well as an email

I think something has been switched off for all email notifications Rudy. We aren’t getting emails for admin things either.
HAWK is investigating it now.
follow on question: are the flag reports getting through, or do they use the same (broken) email module?
