you can remove that by using the registry editor.
just use the code in the registry editor HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Mozilla\Firefox\extensions
thn after that you will see something like this 20a82645-c095-46ed-80e3-08825760534b
and right click on that and delete.
