Definitely Coke for me! Although, I rarely drink it.

I do not drink this often, but on a hot day, I drink it with a lot of ice in it and a wedge of lime, I like diet pepsi.

Pepsi for sure. Diet cola (whether coke or pepsi) sucks, diet just tastes awful. For a choice between diet coke/pepsi and pepsi max i would go for pepsi max.

Not only does DIET taste aweful - it’s actually worse for you… Sweeterners are used to replace the sugar, some of which include chemicals such as Aspartame - which is a compound used in rat poisen and is known to have growth effects!

So DON’t have DIET anything!

Well… I haven’t found any scientifically plausable evidence on the internet, but that doesn’t mean to say that Aspartame is safe. Just because the FDA approves ( FDA press release ) something doesn’t mean it’s safe. There is quite a lot of contraversy surrounding it ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aspartame_controversy ).

The majority of sites confronting the position that Aspartame is harmful resort to the classic, “there is no conclusive evidence”…

I’m not saying that is is definitely dangerous but I’d rather be safe than sorry.
