When I say who is your worst Enemy, is it a friend a co-worker or family ?
I personally find family the worst.

“SEO Experts” aren’t that bad, it’s not really their fault that their basing much of their careers on voodoo, pseudo-intellect and fairy dust 
As for enemies, I don’t have any, there are people who don’t like me but I don’t hold grudges for long so I just move on rather than get caught in a cage-fight. 
My two other personalities. Luckily my fourth personality is a counselor, so I get help from him to cope with personality 1 and 2.
Of course, my co-workers and competitors.
spam and SEO are inextricably related.
They bother you that much. I say family cause family has been known to do horrible things, friends can as well all domestic.
