I’ve personally seen great results from ValueClick Media and Casale Media, but here’s a fuller list of good networks offering pop-unders

I really liked casale media back when I was using them.

If you get rejected by the big ones, I heard edomz isn’t bad, especially for international traffic…

Well, it’s an old thread to reply but I thought I might comment here to help fellow readers looking for pop unders. I have tried many pop unders like popads,infinityads,edomz,clicksor etc. I have tested on my site with 45K uniques and found that edomz returned me best cpm rates and the most income. 2nd would be popads but they don;t have ads for every country.
