Why can't I hear the person on the other line with my phone?

I’ve been using my phone for about a year now, but suddenly I can’t hear the other person on the other line. But if I use hands-free, it works. HELP :frowning:

Has the volume control been adjusted (inadvertently)?

Meet a technician and get your phone repaired, if you want to get back to using it soon.

Disconnect and again connect or give a complaint for technician.

Sounds like you need to take it to your provider and have them look at it and possibly replace.
