I am validating a site but it has no element after end of </html> tag but when i try to validate with w3 validator its show me :
Error Line 341, Column 38: Stray end tag script.

Your Google Analytics code comes after the </html> tag, but it should be placed before it.

Are you using a CMS or something like that? Something is adding that code for you.
I am not using CMS its normally coded with HTML and PHP
Did you add in the Analytics code yourself? If so, how?

so the closing tags for both the body and the html are in the wrong place. Everything before the </body> matches what you posted so the Analytics script has been added to the wrong place in the page after you took the copy of the source that you posted.
