Wordpress permalink for blog posts

Hi Guys,
Need advise.

I have permalink set to post name “%post name%” that is ok for me however I want all my blog post
should display like this.

Domain name/blog/postname >>> blog post name

What changes I need to make in my word press … i.e to create a folder [ how to do that] or any other option in Wordpress.

Please assist.

think you could use the custom structure
/blog/%postname%/

thanks but i want only few posts to show blog in the URL not all.
