Search “blogger to wordpress” on google and you’ve got plenty of practices / advice on migrating from blogger to wordpress.
Wow, Blogger! Yes, there is a way… you can use WP’s Import option to grab your posts, comments etc. http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/
You can have both sites live and WP should update automatically for you, as I recall it did so for me many moons ago!
I thought you said you had a blogger blog and wanted your posts on WordPress also. If so, then the Import option should work for you on WordPress, as per the link I provided. Otherwise, I’ve no idea what you’re referring to unfortunately.
Btw, I don’t believe that adult links are allowed on the Forums… 
As I recall when I did this years ago it updated automatically after a few mins but that was the old blogger days and it has since changed. If it doesn’t update for you, you can always import the latest posts within WP again but honestly, I don’t see how it can be a good idea to have duplicate content on the web anyway?
