I have these few simple questions related to wordpress. 
WordPress is open source software. You can download it from wordpress.org It’s free to use. Many web hosting companies allow you to install it via cpanel using Fantastico.
I have a wordpress site. I’m not at all techical and I can use it. Its very simple and there are lots of tutorials around that enable you to learn the software.
WordPress started out many years ago as a blogging platform, but as time went on, it became more of a content management system. It is easy to use once youu find a theme. However if you want to make your own, youu need to understand PHP, HTML, and CSS.
