I don’t have a very high option of the HP/Compaq brand. Their hardware failure rates are pretty high.
As for the specs…it will run CS3, but not well. The hardware is very weak for graphics tasks.
On another note, adobe suites are optimized for intel CPUs and nvidia graphics cards.
What is your budget?
