I have a page linked here:
My Anderson County Tennessee | County Commission Votes To Raise Property Taxes
There is a signup form of the left hand side where the submit button is the tip of the arrow pointing down. The submit button is supposed to be on top of the footer area which is a khaki color that reads "When signing-up to get involved...".
I have tried adding z-index:999 but it is not working. The submit button is still appearing behind the bottom rectangle shape.
Can anyone find a fix for this?
The z-index property only works when you have either a relative or absolute position set in your selector.
I have added the position:relative to the input for the Submit button and still no luck. Any other ideas?
Could you please take a screenshot of what you see as for me it looks perfectly fine.
