Hi @lalamae99 and welcome to the forums.
I’ve changed the title of your post, as a more specific title will hopefully attract more people to answer.
Your site seems to have been around for a while, to judge by the copyright notice, so perhaps you could tell us what you’ve tried so far to promote it, and which techniques have been successful. That way, we won’t be recommending things you’ve already tried.
You might also want to look around the forums - especially the Marketing category - as we’ve had many topics in the past on the subject of increasing visitor numbers, and you might find some ideas in those.
For increasing site visitor, the site must attractive with analysation. Very careful about content. Doing lots of research will makes the sites more attractive,

b. Organic(SEO -search engine optimization)
2.SMM-Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization.
3.Blogging (Content always plays better role in SEO)
4.Press Release etc…
@vembutech - I appreciate your willingness to help, but a list like this isn’t much help to a beginner, who may not know what those items are, or how to go about them.
It would be much more helpful if you could pick the one or two items you think are most useful, and explain a little more about them, and how the OP could best use them in his particular instance.

I am a newbie. Regarding marketing online, I have also hold a site needed to increase site visitors.
1. Hire Google Ads: by this way you will pay a lot of money for Google.
2. Do SEO for your website: you can do following steps:
==> Make your site attractive.
Why? Search engine will love sites because users come and stay there long time and the key idea for SEO is “Content is king”
==>HTML structure for SEO: You also need to learn a bit terms for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) you can Google!
HTML standard should be:
All pages of your site have Title tags
All Title tags have an optimal length
All pages of your site have Description tags
All pages of your site have H1 headings
The pages of your site have a reasonable amount of outgoing links
The structure of your pages’ URLs is OK
The URLs of your site’s pages contain valid characters
There are no Meta Refreshes on your site
In general you should focus on tags including 1) Tag title: page title should be friendly and maximum 60 chars, 2)Meta descriptions: this text should focus on your product and maximum 160 chars. 3) keywords. 4) URL friendly. you can look at these points. Or I will explain later for you.
==>Google ads in 03 months: why? It is best way to start up your site and get more traffic
==>Share your site to socials FB, TW, G+, …. this step should be done everyday (keep in 03 months)

But my personal suggestion to lalamae99 is to better buy a suitable domain name rather than using free domain and hosting.
You see online market is getting though, so you must have your personal domain name to get ranked in search engine and also getting benefits from online marketing.
optimize your site first and then you can start (SMM)social media marketing. SMM is one of the way to reach people and it increase the visitors and update your social media site in regular basic with unique and creative images and videos.

To increase more visitors for your website you need to perform Search Engine Optimization. I think you know about the SEO very well.
