i have a WordPress blog and i want to share my every new post automatically to Facebook and twitter whenever new post is published. I heard that there is a plugin for this task. but i don’t know its name. Please help me what should i do ?

Thanks for great plugin. You solved my problem now i am able to send automatically posts to fb and twitter.
Do you know if you can go the other way. My client uses FB frequently and would like to start a blog, with the post to FB appearing automatically in his WP blog. Thanks.
