How to get rid of CTRL+number shortcuts in Chrome?

I’m using Chrome browser and when I type CTRL + number, it switches to the related tab, which is all OK, but I want to get rid of this shortcut, because it overrides the same Wordpress Shortcuts for H1, H2, H3 headings, when I’m editing a post.

So, when I type CTRL+3 and I’m in the WP edit mode, I want to get a H3 heading, and not my 3rd Chrome tab to open. Can I disable CTRL+number tabs in Chrome in the way, they will still work in WP?

I’ve found a Chrome extension “Shortcut manager,” in which you can disable or change any shortcut in Chrome, but it does not seem to work for me.
