They look very similar in both. A few padding/spacing differences (between IE9 and Chrome), but definitely nothing show stopping.
Have you ever used Adobe’s Browser Lab (http://browserlab.adobe.com)? It works great for testing in multiple browsers. The only problem I’ve seen with it is it doesn’t render shadows and some fancy stuff like that, but everything else is dead on.
