Is echo file_get_contents readble to search engines

Hello everyone, I use echo file_get_contents to show related links on my website. I was wondering if these are actually crawlable by search engines like google and yahoo.

Is there any better way to post related hyper links in a webpage.

Yes they can as search engines read the HTML on the page itself not the script execution which is hidden from everyone anyway since its server side execution not client side.
