For some reason my wrapper which has a background color of white is not appear since I’ve added my footer div in.
Good anybody point me in teh right direction?

As all the divs within #oWrapper are floated, it does not clear them i.e. they escape its boundaries. To fix this, give #oWrapper overflow:hidden;
