Hi guys! So I need urgent help with this.
I need a html/css code that will allow for the image below to have a shinning animation on hover. The tutorials that I’ve found online were square pictures/logos/buttons, so those didn’t help.

Where are you getting stuck?
Posts which just state a problem and ask for a solution are more likely to get ignored than those where the poster has made some attempt to help themselves.

What is a “shinning” animation?
If you want the “look” of the image to change on :hover, you will need to draw another image that looks the way you would like it to on :hover. It is easy to swap the images using CSS.
+1. Did you create this in Photoshop or a similar program? It’s pretty easy to add glow/shine in Ps.
Don’t mark something as urgent if you are going to take many hours to respond to answers.
